Ladies AJGA PING Phoenix Junior First Round

After the first round of the American Junior Golf Association’s PING Phoenix Junior tournament, Cheyenne Woods of Phoenix is in second place at 3-under-par 69. Mesa’s Kristen Schelling & Scottsdale’s Lindsey Weaver are tied for 8th place at 1-under par. They have tough competition as the leader Danielle Frasier has an outstanding 5-under par advantage. Her first round was solidified with seven birdies and an eagle on 17 at the Moon Valley Country Club in Phoenix. This one could get interesting as Danielle could make this three AJGA wins in a row this season.
