Fraud Alert From The Mesa Police Deptartment

Over the past few weeks, a male subject has been calling older adults in Mesa and telling them to put money or their debit card in their mailbox for him to pick up as part of a bank investigation. We have several victims thus far in all areas of the city. This is a scam. It's possible he has been stealing mail to gain information about his victims.
