"Surfin' Summer Solstice" At The Boyce Thompson Arboretum

On June 20th, the Boyce Thompson Arboretum resumes their Summertime music-after-hours series. This Saturday evening will feature live music by Deane Stanton, a Mesa guitarist and "surf rock" afficionado...reviving vintage 60s instrumentals by Dick Dale, The Ventures, Beach Boys, etc. He'll be playing in the Arboretum's picnic area from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. The concert is included with regular daily admission of $7.50 for adults, and $3 ages 5-12.The Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park is Arizona's oldest botanical garden.
