Interstate 40 Shut Down Between Flagstaff and Winslow

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has closed Interstate 40 from milepost 211, ten miles east of Flagstaff, to milepost 252, just west of Winslow, due to high winds and blowing dust.
