One of Arizona's leading economists & former Joint Legislative Budget Committee Senior Economist has been promoted to Deputy Director for the Az Dept of Commerce. Kent Ennis has been heading up there search division at Commerce & assisting in finance & investment programs since joining the agency in January 2006.
