Richard Powers To Retire

Richard Powers, the Az Dept of Transportation Globe District Engineer for the past 14 years has announced his retirement effective Oct. 20th, 2007. He's been the only District Engineer since the Globe District was formed during the 1993/1994 statewide ADOT reorganization & is the longest-tenured District Engineer in Arizona.
