Roosevelt Lake Update From The Arizona Game & Fish Dept.

In the latest information from the Arizona Game & Fish Dept., regarding Roosevelt Lake, the lake’s elevation is 2,116 ft (meaning 61% full). Also, a lot of people have been struggling to catch fish in Roosevelt due to the murky water from all the runoff (which is good news for future fishing). Looks like fish are a bit lethargic until water temps reach at least 51 degrees. Those that are catching largemouth bass are using a variety of lures & fishing techniques at different sites in the lake. A 4-pound largemouth was caught in 3 feet of water while the majority looks to be residing in 10 - 20 feet depths. They didn’t have any recent reports from crappie anglers to report.
