On Saturday Feb. 21st, the Elks will honor the Gila County Cattle Growers with an evening at the Globe Elks. At 5:30 pm there will be No Host Cocktails, followed by the rib-eye steak dinner at 6:30 pm, with a dance following the dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend. President of the Arizona State Cattlegrowers, Mr. Tom Chilton will speak and the Buster Mounce community service award will be presented.
The cost is $25 per plate at the door or $20 for pre-purchased tickets. The pre-purchased tickets can be obtained at Hicks Wellness Clinic, 138 S. Broad Street in Globe or by calling (928) 425-3207, or by contacting Carol Handy at the Elks Club at (928) 425-2161.
