'Arizona Cardinals' Special Bird Walk

The Arizona Cardinals made our state proud at the Super Bowl and now visitors to Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park can take a special bird walk in search of an Arizona Cardinal. Arboretum volunteer naturalists Shary and Jerry Hammon lead a special tour on Feb. 24th, seeking Northern Cardinals, Black-throated Sparrows, & other species. The tour begins at 8:30 am and lasts up to two hours.

Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park is located in the shadow of Picket Post Mountain three miles west of historic Superior on U.S. Highway 60. Call (520) 689-2723 or visit
