The Gila County Sheriff's Office would like to make everybody aware of this recent scam. A citizen has experienced two fraudelent calls in the last few days from two reputable corporations. One is Southwest Gas and the other is APS. The caller tells you that are requesting yo to change your method of paymet to either auto deduction or sure pay. Both will require you to give out personal information including your banking info. The caller also told the resident that she also owes some late fees. The resident advised the caller that she would be contacting Southwest Gas, she also to the person stating they were representing APS the same thing. Both times the caller told her "go ahead".
