The Pinal Mountain Foundation for Higher Education will host its 3rd annual golf tournament on April 11th, at the Apache Gold Stronghold golf course. The tournament is to raise money for the scholarship fund. All funds raised will go directly to assisting the students attending Gila Community College Gila Pueblo & San Carlos campuses with textbooks & tuition.
The event is a 4-person scramble. Registration begins at 7 am, with a shotgun start at 8 am. The cost is $65 per person, which includes lunch, and is tax deductible. This year’s tournament includes “Win a Car with a Hole-In-One”, longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt. Lunch and the awards ceremony will be held immediately after the tournament at Humphrey’s Two Lanes in Globe.
