The shot is $30, unless you have a Medicare Part B card, then it's free. This is for adults only. If you are homebound and need to have a nurse come to your home, call (928) 402-8811 if you live in Southern Gila Co., otherwise call (928) 474-1210.
The Flu Clinics will be held at:
10/22: Roosevelt at the Community Center from 1:30 - 3:30 pm.
10/24: Payson at the Payson Elks from 8 am - 4 pm.
10/25: Globe & Miami at the Health Dept. in Central Heights from 8 am - 5 pm.
10/26: Globe & Miami at the Health Dept. in Central Heights from 8 am - 3 pm.
The clinics for Tonto Basin, Young, & Hayden are still pending.
