Old Carefree Highway Bridge Coming Down This Weekend

ADOT is advising that I-17 will be closed at Carefree Highway from March 14th at 10 pm until 5 am March 17th, while crews tear down the old Carefree Highway bridge. To ensure the safety of the traveling public, I-17 traffic will be detoured along the exit & entrance ramps at the Carefree Highway interchange.
