No Charges Filed In "Florence Desert Party Case"

The Pinal County Attorney’s Office will not file criminal charges against any of the participants in the October 27, 2007 incident referred to as the "Florence desert party case". The Office feels they would not be able to meet the burden of proof to charge those involved with the allegations of sexual misconduct at the desert party outside of Florence. This stems from the investigation conducted by the Florence Police Department.
