People First Seek Recall Of The Tribal Council

People First, a group of tribal members unhappy with the council's actions, is seeking 4,765 signatures to force a referendum vote to recall the San Carlos Tribal Council. Allegations made against the Tribal Council include; meeting in closed meetings, voting itself generous raises & abolishing the office of vice chairman.
