The Governor's Office of Boards & Commissions is seeking applicants to fill the position of Clerk of the Superior Court of Arizona for Santa Cruz County, a position made vacant by the retirement of longtime clerk Delfina E. Bauch. Bauch will retire Dec. 31st, 2007, & her elected term as clerk would have expired Dec. 31st, 2010. The Governor will appoint a new clerk to begin service on Jan. 1st, 2008.
The person selected for the position will serve until the next general election, & must run for office to retain the position.
