Roy Townsend, 37, is still on the loose after he & another prisoner escaped from the Florence Correctional Center this morning. Kollin Folsom was taken back into custody around 7:30 this morning southeast of Florence, near the Florence Kelvin Hwy & Quail Run Rd. Townsend is white, 5 feet 11 inches, 160 pounds with black hair & brown eyes. When Folsom was arrested he was wearing blue pants and a white t-shirt, this is the type of clothing that the police believe Townsend might also be wearing.
