Troy Volberg of Goodyear & owner of Tri-State Glass has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy for being the mastermind behind the vandalism at the Scottsdale Unified School district bus yard on August 24th when the windows of close to 80 busses were smashed. Police followed a money trail to Scott Sloan, Kyle Ryan, & Jennifer Williams, as the individuals hired to bust the windows. He’s also being tied to a couple of earlier incidents this year involving vandalism. It was easy money, since Tri-State Glass was the “on-call” company. Autumn Volgerg was charged with Threatening & intimidation to damage property.
