The criminal trial for Rep. Rick Renzi has been postponed until March 24th, after U.S. District Judge David Bury in Tucson acted on a motion filed jointly by prosecution and defense lawyers. Renzi has a 35-count indictment that includes conspiracy, wire fraud, extortion, money laundering and insurance fraud.
He's also been accused of creating a land swap deal that would benefit himself and a former business partner, now, co-defendant James Sandlin.
Rednzi has plead not guilty.
