Deadbeat Parents In Gila County Beware!!!

Daisy Flores, Gila County Attorney, is pleased to announce that the collection of child support increased 6% ($318,905) in State fiscal year 2008 over fiscal year 2007. The Gila County Attorney/Child Support Division recorded collections of $5,775,998 for State fiscal year 2008. Gila County maintains the highest collection rate per capita in the State. The Child Support Division has, so far this calendar year, executed 192 child support warrants resulting in purge payments of $113,650.98. Any person, biological parent or grantee, having custody of a child can apply for services. They establish paternity, support orders and enforce existing support orders. They are located at 157 S.
