A Moron Too Funny

A man pulled over by a DPS officer is in the hospital with serious injuries today after an encounter with the cop. Before you start to think bad thoughts about the cop, hear me out. The man was being subdued following an altercation at an apartment complex where the driver finally pulled over. The officer was using his taser to get the man to comply. The guy ran and in the process of darting across Rural Road, was struck by the utility truck.
