Identity Thief Suspect Used Seven Year Old's Name

It's not unusual for someone to owe the IRS money. Except for the case of a seven year old boy. The Internal Revenue Service had been after him for back taxes worth $60,000. This is because someone has stolen the boy's identity in order to collect wages and unemployment benefits. Luckily, a suspect has been taken into custody.
