“UB THE ‘RENT”

“UB THE ‘RENT” is an opportunity for teens statewide to find a voice when it comes to tough issues. This is your chance to say what you want to your parents - & maybe the entire world. Students between the ages of 11 & 18 at the time of entry and reside in the state of Arizona.

The Partnership for a Drug-Free America, Arizona Affiliate has launched a statewide video contest to help address teens’ concerns with peer pressure. Participants have the opportunity to create a short video with a powerful message to parents about issues teens face everyday, yet feel they can’t always discuss with their parents. Each video must be no longer than 1 minute in length. All entries must be postmarked by April 11th, to be considered for the finals. Finalist voting will take place April 14th - 18th. Judging will be held April 21st - 25th. The grand prize winners of the competition will be chosen & announced on April 30th. Video examples & additional rules can be viewed at
