August...A Big Month For Fines

Over $500,000 was paid, for air quality violations during the month of August 2007, according to the Maricopa County Air Quality Dept. The biggest violators were Fulton Homes, paying $180,000 in their settlement & $175,000 from Henry Products Inc.
