CSK Balks At Hostile Takeover Bid

CSK Auto Corp. has decided to take the "poison pill" approach in order to thwart the bid by O'Reilly Automotive Inc. With all that is going on, there is speculation that Advance Auto Parts might make an offer for CSK Auto Corp.
